Scanning in Document Console
Once a record has been selected, scanning is as easy as clicking on the SCAN icon on the toolbar. This activates the scanning features of A&L Document Console. Once you select the options you require, simply click the mouse on the OK button to scan the document in for viewing.
This feature of A&L Document Console is what allows you to enter paper-based documents, turning them into electronic images. The image is scanned and digitized and becomes part of your computer files.
