Easy Access to Documents and Eliminates Filing

Electronic documents are always available in the correct location. A&L Document Console also has a built-in query which allows you to retrieve data instantly through a keyword search. The Query command allows you to search different client records, demographics and data. This gives you full access to your files, documents and data. You can query or search any document on the basis of chart (or client) number, last name, first name, birthdates, reference number, document category, document title, document date. Your query or search can be sorted in ascending or descending order.

Electronic Sharing

Electronic data, including scanned images, are accessible to users in LAN's, company intranets, and the Internet. You can also share files by distributing onto CD, DVD or removable media for archiving or mobility.

Electronic Archiving

Document imaging secures documents, allowing you to save your data in the A&L Document Console database for safekeeping. The process of Electronic Document Management helps to eliminate paper and reduce storage space. Data can be held internally, on the local hard drive, or externally on a CD, DVD or another form of media.
